Yoga is a low impact activity which has fantastic health benefits. Our yoga combines gentle movements with stretching and breath work. Yoga will help you build strength and flexibility whilst calming your thoughts for a healthy body and mind. We have partnered with Wellness Through Yoga to offer this class. Yoga is included in all the memberships or can be attended on a casual basis.
